By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

USAGE POLICY
• Please specify whether your commission is for personal or commercial use before ordering. All listed prices are for personal use only.
• I retain copyright to all commissioned artwork.
• I may post the finished piece on my social media or portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
• I strictly prohibit my art from being used for AI training and NFTs.
• The client may not claim the artwork as their own or resell it.PAYMENT
• Payments are accepted via PayPal and Ko-Fi.
• Clients must either pay full upfront, or 50% after the sketch is finalized, with the remaining 50% due once the artwork is finished.
• The final high-resolution PNG file will be sent via Google Drive.REFUND
• Refunds are not available once the lineart stage has begun.
• If for any reason I am unable to finish the commission, a full refund will be issued.REVISIONS
• Up to 4 minor revisions are allowed before the shading process. (e.g. color adjustments, small pose corrections, etc.)
• Major revisions or changes incur an additional fee ranging from 10-20$. (e.g. major pose corrections, expression, etc.)TURNAROUND TIME
• My estimated TaT is 1 week at best-- to a few months depending on my workload and the complexity of the piece.
• Delays can happen due to unexpected circumstances, but I’ll let you know as soon as possible and keep you updated.
• I do not accept commission requests with strict deadlines.GENERAL TERMS
